Problem Note 54408: The Finish button should be inactive (grayed out) when you preview and select the option "Select Sample Rows" in SAS® Digital Marketing Studio

DetailsAboutRate It

In SAS Digital Marketing Studio, the Finish button should be inactive (grayed out) when you perform the following steps:

  1. Right-click a broadcast in SAS Digital Marketing Studio and select Preview.
  2. Choose the distribution list or JDBC table, and click Next.
  3. Choose Select Sample Rows, and click Back.
  4. Click Next again.

The Finish button should also be inactive (grayed out) when you have successfully sent out a preview, using sample rows, and immediately choose to send out the preview again, using sample rows.

If you click Finish, an error message is displayed, advising you that sample rows have not been selected.

A fix for this issue is planned for a later release of SAS Digital Marketing Studio.
